Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time:
Standard USPS shipping takes 3–5 business days after processing.
Preorders:
Estimated shipment dates for preorders are displayed during checkout, on the product page, and sent in your confirmation email. If you need the current preorder shipping estimate, please email us at help@glammgrip.com.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship only within the U.S. to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking information within 1 week of placing your order, please contact us at help@glammgrip.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. To protect your order against loss, theft, or damage, we strongly recommend purchasing Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout.
- Navidium is automatically added at checkout but can be removed before purchase.
- Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted by emailing help@glammgrip.com no sooner than 48 hours after your order is marked "delivered" and no later than 1 week after delivery.
- Please note that Navidium Shipping Protection is a third-party service. Shipping protection fees are non-refundable once your package has shipped.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen delivery method. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.
