Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order only before it ships. To cancel, email us ASAP at help@glammgrip.com with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


Returns & Refunds:
All sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind or order errors. Please double-check your order before checkout.


Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at help@glammgrip.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll review and send a replacement if approved.


Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
We aren’t responsible once your package leaves our warehouse. We recommend purchasing Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout.

Order without protection, contact the carrier directly to file claims - https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm


Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
